So tldr, I like the idea of working on more constitutional amendments. I always felt like the readings were to many judicial cases interpreting the constitution that could be over turned too easily. It needs to be written in our constitution. I can imagine that this could be a group in the judicial branch that creates an amendment after a Supreme Court case has delivered a verdict that ends up on our next election cycle to vote on. Aka keep congress out of it, can't lobby on it etc
